Our apartment is located on Rivers Street in the heart of Georgian Bath, close to the Royal Crescent and Circus with many amenities within walking distance. There are great independent shops in nearby Margaret's Buildings including a fantastic café, Italian restaurant, art gallery and other artisan retailers. Bath is a vibrant city, and there is an almost endless list of sights to see, places to eat and drink and things to do during your time here. Historic sites, buildings, parks and monuments, museums, art galleries, watching Bath Rugby play at The Rec, the Bath Christmas Market, theatres, shops, afternoon tea, walks, boating, bike riding, day trips to the ancient monuments of Stonehenge and Avebury, and relaxing in the therapeutic waters at the Thermae Bath Spa. Some travel books and leaflets are provided in the apartment, and the Bath Tourist Information Centre adjacent to Bath Abbey is very helpful if you need more information. Getting around:
The center of Bath is best explored on foot. There is a wide variety of quality shops, cafes, restaurants and bars within easy walking distance for breakfast, lunch and dinner: 5 min walk to The Royal Crescent, 3 min walk to The Circus, 15 min walk to The Roman Baths and Thermae Bath Spa, 20 min walk to Bath Spa Train & Bath Bus Station. Located in the South West of England, Bath is easy to get to 40 minutes from Bristol International Airport, 90 min from Heathrow and Birmingham airports by car, 90min from London Paddington by train and a short drive from the M4/M5 motorways. Parking can be tricky in the center of Georgian Bath. There is public parking available nearby, we can advise you if you are arriving by car.
