A spacious and beautifully presented detached house that is a short drive from the centre of Bath and Bath University. The property benefits from a private and enclosed rear garden, off street parking for two cars and four comfortable bedrooms. Downstairs there is a contemporary open plan kitchen, dining room and living area with direct access to the garden through sliding doors. The house is ideally set up from family and friends to enjoy a short break visiting Bath. A substantial detached house (2000 sq ft) with plenty of parking and an enclosed rear garden. On the ground floor there is a large open plan kitchen, dinning and living area with direct access through sliding doors onto a private and enclosed garden. There is also another living room, downstairs WC and utility room. Upstairs there are four good sized bedrooms and family bathroom. The master with en-suite has sliding doors and lovely views over the valley. There are two other double bedrooms and a twin. Externally, there is an enclosed rear garden with play equipment for smaller children and to the front there is off-street parking for two cars. Guests have exclusive access to all the house apart from the garage. I like to give guests space, but I am available through Airbnb, on the phone or in-person if needed. Bathampton is popular suburb of Bath that is popular with families. You are a short walk from Kennet & Avon Canal which is a lovely walk into the centre of Bath. You can also easily access the Bath Skyline walk. In the village there are two pubs. The George next to the canal and slightly further away is The Mill on the River. For essentials there is a Spar Shop in the village and a small coffee shop. Parking it notoriously difficult in the centre of Bath, but if you don't feel like walking the D1 bus runs regularly throughout the day from the main road a couple of minutes away or you can use Uber. Once in the centre of Bath, the city is compact and we would recommend exploring on foot. This is a friendly family area and we would please ask that you are respectful of our neighbours.
