This city centre house is part of a unique estate of 19th century red brick houses. This lovely home is on the end of the terrace in a quiet residential street and benefits from having its own off-road parking space right next to the house. The property has two bedrooms, an open plan kitchen dining room and small kitchen with access onto a rear garden. From the property it is an easy level walk into the city centre and a short walk to the train station, The Rec or Southgate Shopping District. Entire Property On hand locally if needed, but like to give guests their space. Widcombe is one of Bath's most sought-after districts. The house is at the end of the road from the local school. Bath University is at the top of Widcombe hill and the buzzy suburb of shops and eateries at the bottom. Widcombe High Street has great independent shops for a mooch, boasts friendly cafes and a couple of great pubs. It's only a stones throw from the Kennet and Avon Canal, a lovely walk popular with locals. Or a short stroll to Prior Park Landscape Gardens. Bath Spa train station with regular trains to London and Bristol make this a superb location for commuters. The house has the added benefit of having a parking space right outside for one car. Once parked up it is an easy walk into the centre of Bath and we would recommend viewing the city on foot. A nice way to view the city is to purchase tickets on the red hop on and hop off buses that run regularly throughout the day.
